2016: Obama's America is really a 2012 documentary by conservative author and commentator Dines D'Souza. The film was produced by Gerald R. Molen. D'Souza and John Sullivan co-directed and co-wrote the film. The film is dependent on D'Souza's 2010 book titled The Roots of Obama's Rage. Through interviews and reenactments, the film compares the similarities from the lives of D'Souza and The president as D'Souza presents his theory of methods early influences on Obama are affecting the decisions he makes as president. Reviewers praised the quality of the film's production, but doubted its ability to change any viewer's mind about Obama's policies.
